Starter is our entry-level plan and includes the core DocForge experience: BYOA knowledge bases, hybrid search, and monthly usage limits.
Paid plans use the BYOA model - you connect your own AWS account and DocForge deploys knowledge bases directly into it. You pay AWS directly for infrastructure costs (typically $4-10/month per KB).
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period, then you'll be downgraded to the Starter plan.
