How cancellations work and what to expect for refunds.

Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until that time.

Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
Trials and promotions
If we offer a free trial or promotional period, you will be notified before billing begins. You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Billing and usage
Plans include monthly usage limits. If you exceed your plan limits, we may apply overage charges or require an upgrade. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes/VAT unless stated otherwise.
