By accessing or using DocForge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who we are

DocForge is a product of Negotiagent B.V. (KVK 93249586).

Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in USD and renew automatically.
• Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes/VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We may update pricing with advance notice, where required by law.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. For refund details, see Refunds & Cancellation.

Usage limits and overages

Plans include monthly limits for usage and processing. If you exceed your plan limits, we may throttle usage, prompt you to upgrade, or apply overage charges where applicable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access systems, data, or accounts you are not authorized to access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or violations of these Terms.

Third-party services

We use third-party services (such as cloud providers and payment processors) to operate the platform. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Negotiagent B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
